Intention Practice App
Hold an intention and watch a field of light show you what chance is doing.
Prodigy Lightfield fills your screen with light made from a live stream of randomness, drawn from a quantum source first and read moment by moment for how far chance is drifting from its expected path. The color is that reading right now, and the brightness is how far the drift has gone.
Before a run you can write an intention and choose a direction. Every run is kept in Records with its statistics. The influence of intention on quantum randomness is a real and active area of research, offered here as an invitation to participate.
Built for iPhone and iPad.

How a Run Works
1. Set Your Intention
Write what you are holding, if you like, and choose a direction: Open, High, or Low. Both are saved with the run and cannot be changed once it starts, so a direction is never scored after the fact.
2. Start and Watch
Tap Start. The light rests on a color while chance rests, glides through the colors between as it drifts, and brightens as the drift grows. Tap the field once to hide the controls and watch the light alone.
3. Mark a Moment
Tap Mark when something happens: a shift in your attention, a sound in the room, a thought. The marker stamps that moment on the record so you can see later what the field was doing.
4. Read the Record
Tap Stop and the run is saved with its statistics: how long it ran, how far chance drifted, the odds of that happening on its own, every rainbow, and every marker.
What the Colors Mean
The field glows one color at a time, from 10 colors laid out in the order of the chakras: teal, green, gold, orange, and red as chance drifts toward the body; blue, indigo, purple, magenta, and pink as it drifts toward the crown. It rests on a color while the drift rests and fades through the colors between as the drift travels.
Choosing High or Low before a run says which way you are watching for, and the record reads the run that way. Open reads a drift either way the same. The direction changes how the run is read, never what the field does.
When the drift becomes so rare that chance alone would almost never produce it, the field blooms into a slowly turning rainbow. The rainbow is earned by the numbers, never staged, and the threshold is never lowered.

More Ways to Watch
Watch the field with another person, keep it in view while you do something else, or show it in the room.
Shared Field
A second person watches the same field from their own device, in the same room or anywhere in the world. Read them the six-letter code and both screens show one light: the same color, the same brightness, and the rainbow on both at once. Hosting needs a Prodigy Account; joining never does.
Pop-out
Leave the app and the field floats in a small window, so the light stays in the corner of your eye while you do something else. It is off until you turn it on in Settings.
Room Light
A Matter color light in your room shows the color the screen shows, over your home network: the same color, the same brightness, and the rainbow only when the field earns it. Part of Lightfield Plus.
Records and Your Account
Every run is saved on your device when you stop, signed in or not: when it started, how long it ran, which source fed it, your intention and direction, the final reading and the peak, every rainbow with its time, every marker, and the trace of the whole run.
The odds on a record describe that run alone, as it stood when you stopped. Records never combine runs into a lifetime figure; the lifetime lines count runs, hours, and rainbows.
Sign in with a Prodigy Account and your records sync to it and follow you to your other devices. The account is optional, and the same account works across Prodigy apps.
Where the Light Comes From
The randomness comes from a quantum source at the Australian National University, which reads vacuum fluctuations of the electromagnetic field, light at its quietest, with a laser and turns them into bits. When that source feeds the field, the light you are watching was made from measurements of light.
If the quantum source cannot be reached, the app falls back to atmospheric noise, then to the device’s own randomness, and the record says which source fed each run. A fallback is never labeled quantum.
What Lightfield Plus Includes
Lightfield Plus adds four themes for the field (Aurora, Ember, Ocean, and Moonlight), notes on your markers, and the Room Light. It is a subscription: $2.99 a month or $19.99 a year, after a seven-day free trial.
The field, your records, and account sync are free.
Privacy
The field needs no account, and your records stay on your device unless you sign in to sync them. A Shared Field sends only random numbers and first names between the two devices, and ending it erases the pairing. The Room Light talks to your light over your local network, and nothing about the light leaves your home.
Prodigy Lightfield Questions
What is Included?
The field with intention and direction, markers, Records, the Shared Field, Pop-out, and account sync. Lightfield Plus adds four themes, notes on your markers, and the Room Light.
Do I need an account?
No. Records are saved on your device either way. A Prodigy Account syncs them across your devices and lets you host a Shared Field; joining one needs no account.
Does the rainbow mean my intention worked?
The rainbow means chance drifted far enough during that run that it would almost never do so on its own. One run is a record of that run, not a verdict on you or your intention.
Is the rainbow ever staged?
No. It appears only when the numbers reach a fixed threshold, and the threshold is never lowered.
Where does the randomness come from?
From a quantum source at the Australian National University first. If it cannot be reached, the app uses atmospheric noise, then the device’s own randomness, and the record says so.
Is this the Coherence Field from ProdigyClear?
Yes. Prodigy Lightfield is the Coherence Field from ProdigyClear as its own app.
Which lights work with the Room Light?
Color lights that support Matter, on your home network. The Room Light is part of Lightfield Plus.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad, in beta through Apple TestFlight by invitation.
