- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device data, and browsing behavior, via cookies or analytics tools.
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 without verified parental or guardian consent.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Schedule and deliver services,

- Maintain internal records and administrative operations,
- Improve our offerings, website experience, and client communications,

Note: Prodigy Life LLC is not a covered entity under HIPAA, and HIPAA privacy rules do not apply to our services.

Your information is stored in secured, password-protected systems. Session notes and communication records are retained only as long as necessary for administrative or legal purposes, unless you request deletion.

11. Prodigy Mindsight App
Prodigy Mindsight is our perception practice app for iPhone and iPad. It is built to run with as little of your information as possible:
- Solo practice requires no account and no sign-in. If you choose to record your runs, that history is saved only on your device, you can delete it in the app at any time, and it is never sent to us.
- Practice targets are chosen using random numbers fetched from public randomness services (the ANU quantum random number generator, with random.org and the device’s own generator as backups). These requests ask only for random numbers and carry no account or personal information.
- Voice can listen for your spoken answer if you allow microphone access. Speech is recognized entirely on your device; audio is never recorded and never leaves your phone.
- A Prodigy Account (an email address and password, or Apple or Google sign-in where offered) is optional. It is needed only to host a Two Devices session and to use a Teaching subscription purchased on our website. Solo practice, Teacher mode, and joining a Two Devices session never require an account.
- Two Devices sessions relay through our server. The only data exchanged is a short session code and streams of numbers; no names and no session content are sent. The session’s temporary record is deleted when the session ends, and any leftover record is removed within two hours, so we keep no record of who practiced with whom.
- Student rosters and a teacher’s session records are stored only on the teacher’s device. They are never sent to us.
- Subscriptions purchased in the app are processed by Apple, and subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. An App Store purchase stays with your Apple account; for a website purchase, we store the subscription’s status with your Prodigy Account: whether it is active, the plan, and the paid-through date.
The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics. You can delete your Prodigy Account, and the data stored with it, in the app’s Settings at any time.
12. Prodigy Lightfield App
Prodigy Lightfield is our coherence field app for iPhone and iPad. It is built to run with as little of your information as possible:
- The field, your records, and the Room Light all work without an account and without sign-in. Every run’s record is saved on your device, and you can delete it in the app at any time. Your records are never sent to us unless you sign in.
- The field is fed by random numbers fetched from public randomness services (the ANU quantum random number generator, with random.org and the device’s own generator as fallbacks). These requests ask only for random numbers and carry no account or personal information. You can turn the network source off in Settings and run on the device’s own generator alone; each record says which source fed it.
- A Prodigy Account (an email address and password, or Continue with Apple or Continue with Google) is optional. It is needed only to sync your records across devices, to open a Shared Field, and to use a Plus subscription purchased on our website. Joining a Shared Field, and a Plus subscription purchased through the App Store, never require an account.
- When you are signed in, your run records sync to your Prodigy Account so they follow you across devices: when each run started and ended, the method and randomness source, your intention, the statistics the app computed, your markers and their notes, and your partner’s display name if the field was shared. They are stored on our servers, hosted for us by Supabase in the United States, and only your account can read them. Deleting a record in the app deletes it from your account too. Signed out, nothing syncs.
- A Shared Field relays through our server. The only data exchanged is a six-character field code, sequence numbers, sums of random bits, and the display names you each enter; no session content is sent. The field’s temporary record is deleted when it ends, and any leftover record is removed within two hours, so we keep no record of who shared a field with whom.
- The Room Light, part of Lightfield Plus, pairs with a Matter light and controls it over your local network. Your phone asks your permission before the app uses the local network, pairing runs through Apple’s own setup screen, and the pairing keys stay on your device. Colors go from your phone to the light directly: nothing about the light, your network, or your home leaves your device, and no account is needed.
- Lightfield Plus purchased in the app is processed by Apple, and Lightfield Plus purchased on our website is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details. An App Store purchase stays with your Apple account; for a website purchase, we store the subscription’s status with your Prodigy Account: whether it is active, the plan, and the paid-through date.
The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking, and we do not sell your data. You can delete your Prodigy Account, and the data stored with it, in the app’s Settings at any time.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
