ICU Training For Children 6-12 in Northern Virginia

What is ICU?

ICU, also known as conscious seeing or mindsight, is a revolutionary specialized awareness and development program for children ages 6-12. It is designed to help children strengthen self-confidence, build trust in themselves, improve focus and concentration, and develop greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness. ICU can also unlock your child’s innate gifts, such as seeing the world and beyond while blindfolded, improved intuition, and connection to their Higher Self.

Haven’t I heard of this?

You probably have! ICU was featured on Superhuman on the Gaia network (episode four) and the Telepathy Tapes (season two, episode 11).

A One-to-One, In-Person Approach

Children often do best when they feel safe, seen, and supported. A one-to-one setting allows us to move at the child’s pace, respond to their needs in real time, and build trust from session to session.

This format also gives parents clarity. Their child is not being placed into a generic group experience. Instead, the child receives individualized attention, personalized pacing, and a program centered on their development.

Because we do this work in person, we are also able to create a stronger sense of connection, presence, and consistency, which can be especially important for younger children.

Who is this program for?

  • Sensitive, intuitive, or highly perceptive children
  • Children struggling with confidence or self-trust
  • Children dealing with anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
  • Children who find it difficult to focus or regulate attention
  • Children who are ready for a different kind of supportive developmental experience

ICU Session Format

Each ICU session begins with the child putting on their blindfold. They will keep their blindfold on for the entire time. We start the session with an activation and we then move onto various activities, keeping the child engaged for the full 60 minutes. If and when the child begins to consciously see blindfolded, we will then move onto more advanced activities such as drawing, painting, etc.

ICU Sessions are always:

  • In person
  • One-to-one
  • 60-minutes (45 minutes for six-year-olds)

ICU is a 12-Session Program

We offer ICU as a 12-session package. This is not a drop-in program, and it is not sold as a handful of isolated sessions. We want families to begin with clarity and commitment, and we want each child to have the consistency that this kind of work deserves and requires.

The 12-session format allows time for trust to develop, for skills to build gradually, and for the child to move through the process in a supported and steady way. Sessions should be scheduled once or twice per week until your child completes all 12 sessions.

If your child advances quickly, then they have the option to do only 10 sessions, if they wish.

What Parents May Notice Over Time

Parents may notice that their child becomes:

  • More confident
  • More settled and emotionally regulated
  • Better able to focus and stay present
  • More trusting of themselves
  • More resilient in daily life
  • More open to learning and personal growth

Investment

Each 12-session ICU package is $990 per child. These sessions are each 60 minutes (45 minutes for six year olds) and are each structured and individualized to support your child over the course of the program.

Booking & Moving Forward

Parents may begin by scheduling a 15-minute ICU intake call to see whether this program feels like the right fit for their child.

This call gives families a chance to ask questions, understand the structure of the program, and take the next step with clarity. When parents are ready to move forward, they may purchase the 12-session ICU package. To learn more, check out or ICU FAQs!
