ICU training works by guiding children through a series of fun and engaging activities that help them develop awareness beyond their physical senses. During sessions, children wear a special blindfold while participating in games, reading exercises, puzzles, and creative tasks. This allows them to rely on perception and awareness rather than eyesight alone.
Through encouragement, repetition, and playful exploration, many children begin to recognize colors, letters, shapes, or objects without using their physical eyes. The process is gradual and supportive, helping children build confidence, focus, intuition, and trust in their abilities.
The goal of the training is not pressure or performance, but helping children expand their awareness, strengthen their minds, and discover new ways of learning and interacting with the world.
Parents commonly report improvements in the following:
• Confidence and self esteem
• Memory and concentration
• Attention span
• Creativity and imagination
• Emotional resilience
• Intuition and awareness
• Enhanced perception beyond the normal senses

Children typically attend 10–12 sessions, which may occur weekly or every few days depending on the child’s readiness and schedule. In rare cases, there may be up to 14 sessions.
